**everything happens for a reason**

.
.
.....everything happens for a reason....08 29 10.............
.
.
.
....Bill asked Jonas how he wound up in Texas.........

.I've heard the story before, Jonas is from Chicago...

.(long story. here in a nutshell)............

.he left Chicago in 1973 headed for San Miguel in Mexico.

.his car broke down at the border in Laredo and a strange man came and told him
.he needed to return to San Antonio where he would meet a woman
.that was born on April 6th, and she would give him a message.

.when he got back to SATx something told him to exit at Southcross.

.the woman was there and Jonas asked her if she was born on Apr 6th.

.she said yes and told him to continue on his way
.and he would meet an old man who would help him
.to become an artist in Texas and then the man would die in 5 years.

.the way was Willow Way, the Ford Homestead, and the old man was Lynn Ford.
.Lynn did help Jonas and did die in 1978.
.
.
.
..Willow Way is on the banks of the San Antonio River.
.Willow Way is history now. everyone has died.... RIP...
.here below are a few pix I snapped there in 2004........

.
.

.
.
.Bill and I left for lunch at the cafe on GrapeTown Road.
